How do I get started?
Download ClickMudra from Google Play, create your account, and browse the available campaigns. Read the requirements and reward terms before starting.
When does cashback become available?
Timing varies by campaign. A reward becomes available after the required activity is tracked and approved by the partner. Check campaign details and Tracking in the app.
What if a campaign has not tracked?
Check the expected timeline in the campaign details. If the activity is still missing after that time, use Help & Support in the app or email us with the campaign name and tracking ID.
Is Shopping cashback available?
Shopping cashback is coming soon. The current shopping section is a category preview. Stores, rates, and launch details will be announced when available.
How do withdrawals work?
Add your bank or UPI details in the app and request a withdrawal from your eligible available balance. Limits, verification requirements, and processing status are shown in the app.
How can I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our account deletion page. Requests are reviewed after verifying account ownership.
