Click Mudra, operated by ClickMudra Technologies Private Limited, is a cashback, affiliate campaign, tracking, referral, and wallet withdrawal platform. References to “Click Mudra”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Policy refer to the operator of the Click Mudra services. You can contact us at support@clickmudra.app.
Your Acknowledgement and Consent
By accessing or using the Click Mudra app, website, campaign links, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, you consent to the collection and processing described here. Some processing is also necessary to provide the services you request, meet legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests, and prevent fraud.
Campaign measurement is a core part of tracked campaigns. If you do not want the required measurement data to be processed, do not participate in tracked campaigns. You may still contact us about any rights available to you under applicable law.
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to create your account, verify your identity, track campaign activity, calculate cashback, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, and provide support.
- Account details such as name, email address, mobile number, securely protected authentication credentials, referral code, and a stable internal account identifier.
- Verification details such as OTP status, email verification status, and KYC or eligibility information where required.
- Campaign and tracking data such as campaign clicks, Click Mudra and Trakio tracking IDs, Play Install Referrer data, publisher or partner parameters, event names, event status, reward amount, approval status, timestamps, and partner responses.
- Wallet and payout details such as wallet balance, transaction history, bank account details, IFSC code, UPI ID, withdrawal requests, and payout status.
- Device and app data such as app version, package name, app installation identifier, Android App Set ID, resettable Android Advertising ID when available and permitted, device model, operating-system details, push notification token, IP address, browser or campaign cookies, logs, crash information, and security or integrity signals.
- Support messages and preferences you provide when contacting us or managing notifications.
Campaign Attribution and Trakio MMP
Click Mudra uses Trakio MMP, an attribution and campaign-measurement service operated for Click Mudra, to connect an eligible campaign click with app events and reward outcomes. Depending on the campaign and device permissions, Trakio may process a tracking ID, Play Install Referrer data, app installation identifier, App Set ID, resettable Advertising ID, IP address, app and device context, timestamps, a pseudonymous account identifier, and events such as install, registration, session activity, and first cashback credit.
This information is used to measure campaign performance, verify reward eligibility, identify duplicate or suspicious activity, and prevent fraud. Advertising ID is not used by Click Mudra to build an unrelated advertising profile or to sell personal data. If Android makes the Advertising ID unavailable or the user resets it, Click Mudra and Trakio use the remaining permitted signals and do not attempt to recover the previous Advertising ID.
Do not place passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank or UPI details, raw identity documents, email addresses, or mobile numbers inside attribution event metadata.
How We Use Information
- To register, authenticate, and secure your account.
- To send OTPs, alerts, campaign updates, tracking updates, payout messages, and support responses.
- To show campaigns, record clicks, verify events, calculate rewards, and update wallet balances.
- To process bank or UPI withdrawals and maintain transaction records.
- To detect duplicate activity, fake leads, policy abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other misuse.
- To measure campaign performance, diagnose technical issues, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose limited information only where required to operate Click Mudra, including to Trakio MMP acting for Click Mudra; the campaign advertiser, affiliate network, or publisher responsible for the relevant campaign; payout processors and bank or UPI service providers; hosting, email, SMS, push-notification, security, support, and fraud-prevention providers; professional advisers; and legal authorities where required by law. Campaign partners receive only the information reasonably necessary to validate events, determine eligibility, manage postbacks, resolve disputes, and calculate rewards.
Legal Bases and Required Processing
We process information as necessary to provide your account, campaign tracking, reward, wallet, and withdrawal services; to comply with applicable law; with your consent where consent is required; and for legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, measurement, support, and dispute resolution.
Account security, campaign attribution, conversion verification, fraud prevention, and payout records may be required for the relevant service. If required processing is withdrawn or disabled, we may be unable to attribute new campaign activity, validate rewards, process a withdrawal, or continue the affected service.
Bank, UPI, and Payment Data
Bank account and UPI details are used for withdrawal processing, verification, payout status updates, compliance, and fraud prevention. We keep payout records as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Notifications and Communications
We may send SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-app, or push notifications for OTP verification, account security, campaign updates, tracking status, cashback credits, withdrawals, and support. You can manage notification permissions from your device settings or app settings where available.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and hashing or pseudonymisation of selected identifiers where appropriate. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, attribute and validate campaigns, administer payouts, handle disputes, prevent fraud, maintain audit and accounting records, and comply with law. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention exceptions.
Your Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where processing relies solely on consent, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@clickmudra.app. You may reset or limit the Android Advertising ID through Android settings and manage notification permissions through your device.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Some data may still be retained or processed for account security, legal compliance, accounting, payouts, disputes, and fraud prevention. Deleting or restricting required campaign-measurement data may prevent future activity from qualifying for tracked rewards.
Children
Click Mudra is not intended for children. Because the app includes campaign earnings and withdrawals, users should be legally eligible to use such services in their location. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where a material change requires a new notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel.
